Interim FP&A Manager | 3+ Month Contract | Twickenham | 4 Days Office | Immediate Start
Are you an experienced FP&A Manager available at short notice and looking for your next interim challenge? I'm exclusively supporting a growing international business that requires an Interim FP&A Manager to join its European finance team for an initial 3-month contract, with the potential for extension or a longer-term opportunity.
Reporting directly to the European Head of Finance, you'll play a pivotal role in leading budgeting, forecasting, and commercial performance across multiple European entities, whilst partnering with senior stakeholders to support strategic business decisions.

The Opportunity
- Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning process
- Deliver insightful financial modelling and commercial analysis
- Partner with operational and commercial leaders across Europe
- Develop meaningful KPI reporting and performance dashboards
- Manage and mentor an FP&A Analyst
- Drive process improvements and enhance reporting capabilities
About You
- ACA / ACCA / CIMA Qualified
- Strong FP&A, Commercial Finance, or Finance Business Partnering experience
- Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills
- Experience influencing senior stakeholders
- Power BI experience would be highly advantageous
