FP&A Manager

We're partnering with a market-leading technology business to appoint an FP&A Manager who will play a key role in driving commercial performance and supporting strategic decision-making across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with senior stakeholders to provide commercial insight, challenge performance and influence key business decisions.
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning across multiple business units.
  • Deliver insightful financial analysis, KPI reporting and executive-level board packs.
  • Drive continuous improvement of financial planning processes, reporting and systems.
  • Support strategic initiatives including investment appraisals, business cases and commercial projects.

What We're Looking For:

  • ACA or ACCA qualified with strong FP&A or commercial finance experience.
  • Proven ability to partner with senior non-finance stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Advanced Excel skills with experience using planning/reporting tools (Power BI, Anaplan, Adaptive, SAP, Oracle or similar).
  • Commercially minded, proactive and confident communicating with senior leadership.
  • Previous experience within technology, SaaS or another high-growth business would be advantageous.
