About the Role
An established and diversified international group is seeking a commercially minded Group FP&A Manager to join its high-performing finance team. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious finance professional looking to play a key role in driving strategic decision-making, enhancing reporting capabilities, and supporting senior leadership across a multi-entity business. Reporting directly to the Group Finance Director, you will lead the Group’s planning, forecasting, and performance analysis processes, providing clear financial insight to support growth and operational excellence.

Responsibilities
As Group FP&A Manager, you will:
- Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes across the Group.
- Develop and maintain robust financial models to support strategic initiatives, investment decisions, and business cases.
- Produce monthly, quarterly, and annual management reporting packs for executive leadership.
- Analyze financial and operational performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Partner with senior stakeholders across multiple business units to challenge assumptions and improve performance.
- Drive continuous improvement of FP&A processes, systems, and reporting capabilities.
- Support cash flow forecasting, scenario modelling, and sensitivity analysis.
- Assist with board presentations and shareholder reporting.

Requirements
- ACA, ACCA, CIMA qualified, or equivalent.
- Proven experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or group finance within a complex, multi-entity environment.
- Strong financial modelling and analytical skills.
- Experience with OneStream is beneficial.
