Ready to step into a commercially focused FP&A role where you'll genuinely influence business performance?
We're exclusively supporting a growing international business looking to appoint an ambitious FP&A Manager to lead financial planning and analysis across its European operations.
Reporting to the European Head of Finance, you'll be at the heart of strategic decision-making, partnering with senior stakeholders to drive budgeting, forecasting, commercial analysis and business performance. This is a fantastic opportunity to build and develop an FP&A function whilst managing and mentoring an FP&A Analyst.

The Opportunity
- Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process across multiple European entities
- Deliver insightful financial modelling, KPI reporting and commercial analysis
- Partner with operational and commercial leaders to influence key business decisions
- Support investment cases, pricing strategy and growth initiatives
- Develop dashboards and reporting capabilities using Power BI and advanced Excel
- Manage and develop an FP&A Analyst
About You
- ACA / ACCA / CIMA Qualified
- Strong FP&A, Commercial Finance or Finance Business Partnering experience
- Advanced Excel with financial modelling expertise
- Comfortable presenting to senior leadership
- Power BI experience highly desirable
