FP&A Manager £70,000–£80,000 + Car Allowance + Excellent Benefits | Hybrid Working

Are you a commercially minded qualified accountant looking for an opportunity to influence the direction of a major UK business?

We're supporting a market-leading organisation through an exciting period of growth, transformation, and integration, creating two brand-new FP&A Manager positions within its divisional finance team. These are highly visible roles, offering genuine exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to shape finance processes within businesses generating revenues in excess of £500m.

Whether your background is in FP&A, commercial finance, or business partnering, this is an opportunity to step into a role where you'll challenge, influence, and add real value.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Divisional Finance Director, you'll become a key member of the finance leadership team, partnering operational and commercial stakeholders to provide meaningful financial insight that supports strategic decision-making.

  • You'll take ownership of divisional reporting, planning, and forecasting, while helping to drive consistency, improve reporting, and support a number of transformation initiatives across the business.

This is a role for someone who enjoys building relationships, challenging constructively, and improving the way finance supports the wider organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the monthly divisional reporting process, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
  • Produce insightful analysis around business performance, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Business partner senior operational and commercial stakeholders.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term business planning.
  • Prepare management information and ad hoc financial analysis.
  • Work closely with Group Finance on reporting and year-end requirements.
  • Drive improvements to reporting processes, systems, and controls.
  • Support finance transformation and continuous improvement projects.

About You

We're keen to speak with ACA, ACCA, or CIMA-qualified accountants who can demonstrate strong commercial awareness alongside excellent stakeholder management skills.

  • You'll enjoy working within a large, complex organisation and be comfortable influencing senior stakeholders across multiple business functions.

Most importantly, you'll be someone who is proactive, collaborative, and keen to make a tangible impact rather than simply report the numbers.
