Financial Planning and Analysis Manager
Senior FP&A Manager – European Finance Team
About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced FP&A Manager to join a leading international organisation’s European finance team. This is an exceptional opportunity to merge financial control, commercial analysis, and business partnering in a dynamic, multinational setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage critical elements of the monthly close process and financial reporting
- Deliver insightful P&L and balance sheet analysis for senior stakeholders
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and business planning activities
- Ensure compliance with IFRS, SOX, and internal control requirements
- Drive process improvements and finance transformation initiatives
- Collaborate with shared service finance teams to boost efficiency and service delivery
- Partner with stakeholders across the business to enhance decision-making
- Coach and develop Finance Specialists within the team

Requirements
A qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with experience in:
- FP&A, commercial finance, or financial control within a complex organisation
- IFRS compliance, SOX, and financial governance
- Working with shared service finance teams
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
- Desirable: Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA, Hyperion, Trintech Cadency, or similar financial systems
