FP&A Manager

Location: Hertfordshire (Hybrid – 3 days office based) Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 + benefits

I am partnering with a highly successful, privately owned consumer-facing business to appoint an FP&A Manager into a newly evolving finance function.

Working within a lean and ambitious finance team, you will have the opportunity to influence decision-making across the entire organisation, helping shape reporting, planning, commercial analysis and business partnering capability during a period of significant systems and data transformation.

You will work closely with senior leadership and operational stakeholders, helping the business unlock greater value from its data and supporting the development of a more scalable, insight-led finance function.

The opportunity

The organisation is investing heavily in its data and systems landscape, creating a unique opportunity for an analytically minded finance professional to build reporting and planning capabilities from the ground up.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
