FP&A Manager
London | Hybrid Working | Competitive Salary + Bonus + Equity
Opportunities like this don't come around often. We're partnering with a rapidly scaling, investor-backed AI infrastructure company that's building the next generation of digital infrastructure required to support the explosive growth of artificial intelligence. Following significant external investment and international expansion, the business is entering a pivotal stage of its growth journey and is seeking its first dedicated FP&A Manager.
Operating across multiple countries and preparing for substantial future growth, the company is creating the finance infrastructure needed to support a world-class organisation. This is a rare opportunity to join at an early stage, work directly with senior leadership, and help build the financial planning capability that will underpin the business for years to come.
The Opportunity
As the first dedicated FP&A professional in the organisation, you'll play a critical role in shaping how the business forecasts, allocates capital, measures performance and supports strategic decision-making.
This is not a traditional FP&A role where processes are already established. You'll have the opportunity to design the forecasting framework, reporting cadence and financial models from the ground up while partnering closely with the CFO, VP Finance and wider leadership team.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
