Grafton Banks Finance - FP&A Manager
Grafton Banks Finance is currently looking for an ambitious FP&A Manager to join an established, profitable, and growing manufacturing business in West Sussex. Working closely with the CFO and Financial Controller, you will be responsible for managing and developing the budgeting and planning process, and oversee the Finance Business Partners.
£85-95,000 plus extensive benefits
4 days on-site, 1 day WFH
West Sussex
Key Responsibilities
- Support the business to deliver long-term strategic objectives through data gathering and analysis.
- Develop models for budgeting & forecasting and improving the planning process.
- Prepare the annual budget and 5-year plan, and complete re-forecasts throughout the year.
- Prepare and present insights to the board.
- Monitoring cash flow risks & opportunities, and complete analysis of business performance.
- Oversee a team of 3.

The Successful Candidate
- Commercially focused qualified accountant (e.g., CIMA, ACA, ACCA)
- Proven experience in a manufacturing environment.
- A strong technical accounting background is preferred as is a knowledge around IFRS accounting standards, including revenue recognition.
