Financial Planning and Analysis Manager
FP&A Manager
Salary: £90,000 + bonus
Sector: Financial Services Broker
Location: London City - hybrid working
We have partnered with a high-profile Financial Services firm in their search for an FP&A Manager. We're looking for a commercially minded candidate to lead financial planning and analysis activities across one of our central operating entities. This is a high-impact role, supporting strategic decision-making, driving financial performance, and ensuring robust reporting and control frameworks are in place.

What You’ll Do:
- Partner with business leaders to deliver tailored financial insights
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes
- Provide high-quality analysis to support key decisions
- Build and maintain financial models for acquisitions and team lifts
- Drive improvements in financial systems, processes, and reporting
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
- Champion financial control and performance across business units

The Candidate:
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA)
- Proven experience supporting senior business leaders by reporting and clearly explaining financial results and insights
- Experience providing financial support to one or more business units within a large or complex organisation including commercial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
- Previous experience working with Power BI
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong commercial acumen and a strategic mindset
