Financial Planning and Analysis Manager
Trinity House Group are supporting a high-growth, PE-backed business in Solihull with the appointment of an FP&A Manager.
This is a commercially focused role sitting at the centre of the finance function, partnering closely with senior leadership to drive performance, improve visibility and support strategic decision-making across the business.
Operating within a fast-paced and evolving environment, you will take ownership of budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis, while helping to build scalable reporting processes that support continued growth.
Key responsibilities will include: Leading the budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning processes Delivering meaningful financial insight and KPI reporting to support commercial decision-making Building and enhancing financial models to support scenario analysis and strategic planning Partnering with operational and commercial stakeholders across the business Driving improvements across reporting, forecasting and FP&A processes Supporting senior leadership with performance analysis, board reporting and strategic initiatives Identifying opportunities to improve data quality, reporting automation and overall finance capability

The successful candidate will be: ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified Experienced within FP&A, commercial finance or business partnering roles Strong technically with advanced Excel and financial modelling capability Commercially minded with the ability to influence senior stakeholders Comfortable operating within a fast-paced, changing environment Previous exposure to a PE-backed or high-growth business would be advantageous
