The Role
This is a senior, high-impact role with real influence. As Group FP&A Manager, you will work closely with the CFO and senior leaders to shape how the Group understands performance, plans for the future, and makes commercial decisions.
You will own the quality of financial and management reporting, bring clarity to complex data, and play a key role in strengthening forecasting, modelling, and insight across the business. This role suits someone who enjoys being hands-on, visible, and trusted as a commercial partner.
What You’ll Do
- Build and own investor-grade financial models that support strategic decision making
- Produce Board packs and shareholder reporting with clear, commercial insight
- Lead scenario planning and long-term forecasting to support growth plans
- Prepare monthly shareholder reporting, explaining movements and outcomes in plain language
- Deliver the consolidated Group P&L, ensuring alignment with budgets, forecasts, and plans
- Improve data quality through structured data cleansing and process ownership
- Manage and communicate the Group finance timetable to ensure deadlines are met
- Develop and enhance reporting and analytical tools to raise capability across the finance team
- Work closely with operational teams to understand performance drivers and business needs
- Partner with external advisors and system providers to deliver reporting and change projects
- Lead key customer debtor processes, ensuring strong controls and effective system integration

What We’re Looking For
- Qualified accountant with relevant post-qualification experience
- Strong commercial mindset with advanced analytical and modelling skills
- Expert Excel capability across P&L, cashflow, and balance sheet modelling
- Strong grasp of accounting principles and technical treatments
- Comfortable owning complex workstreams and driving them to completion
- High attention to detail combined with pace and prioritisation
- Experience working with ERP systems, ideally NetSuite or similar
- Exposure to Power BI, Power Query, or similar data visualisation tools
- Confidence working with senior stakeholders and challenging constructively
- Background in FP&A, Transaction Services, Deal Advisory, or Corporate Finance
