Interim Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

We are partnering with a high-growth, international business to recruit an experienced Interim FP&A Manager. Our client is looking for someone hands-on to cover all aspects of FP&A, from month-end to budgeting and forecasting, modelling and consolidation. To start ASAP and until December, with a strong likelihood of leading to something longer term.
Description
The responsibilities of the Interim Financial Planning & Analysis Manager include, but are not limited to:
- Support the annual planning and budgeting process.
- Oversee budget execution by analysing and understanding main budget variances and implication for the business.
- Identify and analyse key business across the P&L.
- Perform analysis required for strategic planning.
- Help coordinate preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly and annual rolling forecasts.
- Build strong relationships across the Group Finance team.

Skills
The skills of the Interim Financial Planning & Analysis Manager include, but are not limited to:
- Qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA or equivalent) with at least 3-5 years’ post-qualified experience in a global business.
- Strong financial modelling skills, and great understanding of financial reporting and cash flow information.
- Experience in working closely with senior stakeholders.
- Big 4 background is desirable.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, evolving environment.
- Strong experience working with a large ERP/Financial system.
