Group FP&A Manager | 12 Month Contract
London (Hybrid – 3 days office)
£525 per day (Inside IR35) / £409 PAYE
12 Month Contract
We're partnering with a well-known international organisation to recruit a Group FP&A Manager on an initial 12-month contract basis.
Reporting into the Head of Group FP&A, you'll play a key role in delivering group-level financial planning, forecasting, management reporting and performance analysis across a complex international organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading monthly management reporting, flash reporting and quarterly business reviews
- Supporting annual budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning cycles
- Delivering insightful variance analysis and executive-level reporting
- Preparing Board, Leadership Team and stakeholder reporting packs
- Driving financial modelling, scenario analysis and business performance insights
- Working closely with global finance teams and FP&A Centres of Excellence
- Supporting reporting automation, process improvement and planning system enhancements

Requirements
We're keen to speak with qualified accountants (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) who can demonstrate:

- Group FP&A experience
- Budgeting, forecasting and planning ownership
- Strong management reporting and variance analysis skills
- Experience operating within complex, international organisations
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and business partnering capability
- Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills
Experience with systems such as Anaplan, SAP, Hyperion or Power BI would be advantageous.
