Financial Planning and Analysis Manager
Role Overview
Equifind is supporting a leading private equity-backed hospitality group with the hire of an FP&A Manager on an initial 3-6 month contract. Reporting into the Director of FP&A, this role will provide critical finance support across the central finance team.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of an established finance partnering remit from day one, working closely with senior finance leadership to manage month-end reporting, forecasting, commercial analysis and reporting across a complex, multi-site business.
- Review and improve existing FP&A processes, ensuring accurate reporting and continuity across established finance models and templates.
- Take ownership of the month-end close process, delivering accurate reporting, forecasting and journal postings.
- Partner finance leadership to support commercial decision-making, board reporting and strategic financial planning.
- Deliver financial modelling, commercial analysis and data reconciliation across multiple systems, supporting strategic projects and investment decisions.

Requirements

- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with at least three years' post-qualification experience.
- Strong FP&A and finance business partnering experience within a multi-site hotel business.
- Commercially minded, analytical and highly organised, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Advanced Excel skills and exposure to TM1 and NetSuite would be advantageous.
