We are partnering with a forward-thinking, multi-site consumer services organisation undergoing an exciting period of transformation and growth.

As the business continues to invest in commercial decision-making, data-led performance management, and operational excellence, we are seeking an ambitious FP&A Manager to play a key role in shaping financial strategy and business performance.

This is an outstanding opportunity for a commercially minded finance professional who enjoys partnering with senior stakeholders, driving insight, and influencing strategic outcomes within a fast-paced environment.

The Role

Reporting into the Head of FP&A, the FP&A Manager will lead the planning, forecasting, and performance reporting processes while providing meaningful commercial insight across the organisation.

You'll work closely with operational and commercial leaders to translate financial data into actionable recommendations, helping the business optimise profitability, improve performance, and support future growth initiatives.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
