The Opportunity

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing Independent Financial Adviser (IFA) practice seeking an experienced IFA Administrator to join their friendly and supportive team.

This is an office-based role offering the opportunity to work closely with Financial Advisers, providing high-quality administrative support while delivering an excellent client experience.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to Financial Advisers.
  • Process new business and maintain client records.
  • Prepare client review packs and supporting documentation.
  • Liaise with clients, providers, and third parties to obtain information and resolve queries.
  • Process policy servicing requests, including withdrawals, fund switches, contributions, and transfers.
  • Schedule client appointments and manage adviser diaries.
  • Maintain accurate records using CRM and back-office systems.
  • Ensure all documentation meets FCA compliance requirements.
  • Deliver a professional and efficient service to clients via telephone and email.

  • Previous experience as an IFA Administrator or Financial Services Administrator.
  • Knowledge of pensions, investments, and protection products.
  • Experience using CRM/back-office systems.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and client service skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
