Independent Financial Adviser (IFA) Administrator
We are currently working with a well-established financial planning firm, seeking to appoint an experienced IFA Administrator to join their growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive and professional environment, working closely with financial advisers and paraplanners to deliver exceptional client service and maintain smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing client review packs and meeting documentation for financial advisers
- Processing new business applications including pensions, investments, ISAs, and protection products
- Liaising with suppliers, platforms, and external parties to obtain policy information and updates
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records in internal systems
- Handling incoming client and adviser queries promptly and professionally
- Supporting advisers with client reviews and ongoing service requirements
- Ensuring compliance with all documentation and regulatory standards
- Monitoring workflows and deadlines to maintain efficiency
- Providing general administrative support to paraplanners and advisers

Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
- Prior experience in financial services administration, ideally within an IFA or wealth management context
- A strong act of attention to detail
- Exceptional communication skills
- The ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently
