Financial Reporting Accountant
6-month contract
Start: Immediate
Reading, Newbury or London | Hybrid

We are looking for a Qualified and technically strong Financial Reporting Accountant to join our Telco Partner's Finance team. Reporting to the Senior Manager – Financial Reporting, you will play a key role in statutory reporting, external audit coordination, financial controls, and corporate reporting.
This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive accountant to gain exposure to senior finance leadership while working in a fast-paced and evolving business.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare statutory accounts in accordance with FRS 101.
- Support consolidated and corporate financial reporting.
- Coordinate external audits from planning through to completion.
- Provide technical accounting support under IFRS and FRS 101.
- Support SOX controls and financial reporting compliance.
- Assist with finance projects and continuous process improvements.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
About You
- ACA qualified with around 2 years' post-qualified experience, ideally from public practice.
- Strong technical knowledge of IFRS and FRS 101.
- Experience with statutory reporting and external audits.
- Excellent analytical, organisational and communication skills.
- Strong Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience with SOX controls is advantageous.
