About the Role
We’re looking for a driven and detail-focused Financial Reporting Manager to join our Finance team in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will play a key role in delivering accurate, timely financial reporting while ensuring compliance with all statutory and internal requirements. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified accountant looking to build on their experience within a dynamic and ambitious organisation.
What You’ll Be Doing
As Financial Reporting Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Financial Reporting & Month-End
- Support the preparation of monthly management accounts, including insightful variance analysis
- Own key areas of revenue and cost accounting end-to-end
- Deliver timely reporting through the Group reporting system
- Ensure balance sheet integrity through robust reconciliations
Statutory Reporting & Audit
- Play a key role in preparing statutory accounts
- Partner with external auditors, managing audit deliverables and queries
- Monitor changes in accounting standards and assess business impact
Controls & Governance
- Strengthen and maintain financial controls across reporting processes
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and governance frameworks
- Support internal audits and continuous improvement of controls

Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with FP&A, treasury, and operational teams
- Support delivery of shareholder reporting packs
- Act as deputy to the Financial Controller when required
Technical Expertise
- Provide guidance on complex accounting matters
- Prepare technical accounting papers for key judgements
What You’ll Bring
- Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA or equivalent)
- At least 1+ years’ post-qualification experience, ideally in financial reporting
- Strong Excel and analytical skills
- Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Confident communicator with stakeholders at all levels
- Proactive, organised, and detail-oriented mindset
