Financial Reporting Manager

Financial Reporting Manager – Alpine Racing Limited

About the Role

We’re seeking a driven, detail-focused Financial Reporting Manager to join our dynamic Finance team in a fast-paced, high-performing environment. Reporting directly to the Financial Controller, you will deliver accurate, timely financial reporting while ensuring full compliance with both statutory and internal requirements. This is an ideal opportunity for a qualified accountant eager to expand their expertise in a forward-thinking, ambitious organisation.


What You’ll Be Doing

Financial Reporting & Month-End

  • Support the preparation of monthly management accounts, including insightful variance analysis
  • Own key revenue and cost accounting processes end-to-end
  • Deliver timely reporting through our Group reporting system
  • Ensure balance sheet integrity via robust reconciliations

Statutory Reporting & Audit

  • Play a key role in preparing statutory accounts
  • Collaborate with external auditors, managing audit deliverables and addressing queries
  • Monitor changes in accounting standards and assess their business impact

Controls & Governance

  • Strengthen and maintain financial controls across reporting processes
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and governance frameworks
  • Support internal audits and the continuous improvement of controls

Stakeholder Management

  • Work closely with FP&A, treasury, and operational teams
  • Assist in delivering shareholder reporting packs
  • Act as deputy to the Financial Controller when required

Technical Expertise

  • Provide guidance on complex accounting matters
  • Prepare technical accounting papers for key judgements

What You’ll Bring

  • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent)
  • At least 1+ years of post-qualification experience, preferably in financial reporting
  • Strong Excel and analytical skills
  • Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly effective communication with stakeholders at all levels
  • Proactive, organised, detail-oriented mindset
