I'm currently partnering with a private equity-backed, rapidly growing digital infrastructure business to recruit a Financial Reporting Manager into their high-performing finance team.
This is an outstanding opportunity to join a global organisation operating at the forefront of the digital infrastructure sector. Following continued investment and expansion, the business is seeking an ambitious Financial Reporting Manager to play a key role within its UK finance function.
Salary: c.£80,000 depending on experience, plus an annual bonus and comprehensive benefits package.
Working Pattern: Hybrid working (2-3 days per week in the office).
The Role
Reporting into senior finance leadership, you'll take ownership of financial reporting while supporting a business experiencing significant growth and investment.
Responsibilities will include:
- Leading the monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting processes.
- Preparing and reviewing statutory financial statements in accordance with IFRS.
- Managing the year-end audit process and acting as the primary contact for external auditors.
- Ensuring robust financial controls and compliance across the business.
- Providing technical accounting guidance on complex accounting matters.
- Supporting acquisition accounting, integration activities and finance transformation projects.
- Partnering with senior finance leaders to continuously improve financial reporting processes and controls.

About You
This opportunity would suit either:
- A Big 4 Audit Manager looking to make their first move into industry, or
- An ACA-qualified professional trained within a Top 10 practice who has successfully made a first move into industry and is now looking for an exciting second move within a high-growth business.
To be successful, you'll also have:
- Strong technical accounting knowledge with experience of IFRS reporting.
- Excellent attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality financial reporting.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- The ambition to develop your career within a fast-paced, investment-led organisation.
