Financial Reporting Manager – Digital Infrastructure Business
About the Role
Join a private equity-backed, rapidly growing digital infrastructure business as a Financial Reporting Manager within its high-performing finance team.
This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a global organisation leading the digital infrastructure sector, alongside significant investment and expansion.
Salary: c. £80,000 (based on experience), annual bonus, and comprehensive benefits. Working pattern: Hybrid (2–3 days per week in the office).
Responsibilities
Reporting to senior finance leadership, this role centres on financial reporting while supporting high-growth expansion:
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes
- Prepare and review statutory financial statements (IFRS compliance)
- Manage the year-end audit, acting as the primary liaison for external auditors
- Maintain financial controls and compliance across the business
- Provide technical accounting guidance on complex matters
- Support acquisition accounting, integration projects, and finance transformation initiatives
- Collaborate with senior finance leaders to continually improve reporting processes
