About the team:

Brown Brothers Harriman is currently recruiting Financial Reporting Senior Specialist to join our Financial Reporting Team. In this role you will be part of a team responsible for the preparation of full set of annual, semi-annual, and quarterly financial statements for investment funds within the Alternative Department, registered in Luxembourg, Ireland, United States and Cayman Islands.

In Our Team, You Will Be Responsible For

  • Creating financial statements for BBH clients while teaming up with specialists across the firm.
  • Working with global accounting standards (IFRS, Luxembourg GAAP, US GAAP, Irish GAAP) and leveling up your international finance skills.
  • Keeping communication flowing — you’ll stay in regular contact with clients and external auditors, giving them fast, accurate answers.
  • Executing key internal controls to make sure every step of the process is solid and compliant.
  • Owning your tasks from start to finish — accuracy, deadlines, and smooth cooperation with other BBH teams.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in accounting, financial reporting, or a similar finance role.
  • Strong attention to detail and a naturally organized mindset — you like things done right and done well.
  • Growth-oriented energy — you’re always learning, always leveling up your expertise.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills, with the ability to turn data into clear insights.
  • Proactive and dependable, delivering on timelines and owning your responsibilities.
  • Clear, confident communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Comfort with everyday tools — especially Excel and Word.
  • Fluent English (C1).

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
