About the Role
As a Financial Resilience Adviser/Caseworker, you will play a vital role in supporting residents accessing the borough’s Crisis Resilience Fund. You will help clients strengthen their long‑term financial stability through income maximisation, debt management, and improved financial capability. This includes conducting initial debt assessments, identifying urgent priorities, and helping clients understand their options and the practical steps they can take to improve their financial wellbeing.

Requirements
- Empathetic and confident communicator
- Ability to build trust with clients experiencing crisis
- Committed to empowering people to find a positive way forward
- Work holistically with partner agencies
- Provide advice across a range of enquiry areas, including welfare benefits and money advice
- Support vulnerable clients, including acting on their behalf with third parties
