Financial Services Administrator
The Financial Services Administrator will play a key role in providing support to the accounting and finance department within the business services industry. This role is based in Haywards Heath and requires an organised individual with a keen eye for detail.

Description
- Provide administrative support to the accounting and finance department.
- Prepare and process client documentation accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain up-to-date and organised client records.
- Handle client queries via email and telephone professionally and promptly.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and data accuracy.
- Assist in preparing financial reports and presentations for internal and external use.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
- Support team members with ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.

A Successful Financial Services Administrator Should Have
