Financial Services Administrator

We’re currently looking for Financial Services Administrators to join our team. This is a great opportunity to work closely with consultants, develop your expertise, and make a visible impact on the clients we serve.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Administering and managing a portfolio of pension and personal wealth clients, ensuring:
    • Accurate records and smooth account management
  • Supporting consultants in the smooth running of client accounts, including:
    • Document preparation and workflow management
    • Meeting coordination
  • Handling client queries and maintaining high levels of service, resolving issues:
    • Promptly
    • Professionally
  • Ensuring all activities comply with:
    • Internal procedures
    • Regulations
    • Accurate and up-to-date client records
  • Keeping consultants and clients:
    • Informed at every stage
    • Tracking case progress
    • Proactively flagging issues
  • Staying updated with:
    • Industry developments
    • Leveraging training and development opportunities

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum three years’ experience in financial services administration, ideally with:
    • Pension or personal wealth clients
  • Strong understanding of:
    • Financial products
    • Client portfolio management
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, including:
    • Being approachable, clear, and professional with clients
  • High attention to detail, with the ability to:
    • Resolve client issues efficiently and accurately
  • Organised, proactive, and capable of:
    • Juggling multiple tasks without compromising quality
  • Willing to work:
    • As part of a team
    • Independently when required
  • A plus if you have:
    • Experience supporting senior consultants or leadership teams
