We’re currently looking for Financial Services Administrators to join our team. This is a great opportunity to work closely with consultants, develop your expertise, and make a visible impact on the clients we serve.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Administering and managing a portfolio of pension and personal wealth clients, ensuring:
- Accurate records and smooth account management
- Supporting consultants in the smooth running of client accounts, including:
- Document preparation and workflow management
- Meeting coordination
- Handling client queries and maintaining high levels of service, resolving issues:
- Promptly
- Professionally
- Ensuring all activities comply with:
- Internal procedures
- Regulations
- Accurate and up-to-date client records
- Keeping consultants and clients:
- Informed at every stage
- Tracking case progress
- Proactively flagging issues
- Staying updated with:
- Industry developments
- Leveraging training and development opportunities

What We’re Looking For
- Minimum three years’ experience in financial services administration, ideally with:
- Pension or personal wealth clients
- Strong understanding of:
- Financial products
- Client portfolio management
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, including:
- Being approachable, clear, and professional with clients
- High attention to detail, with the ability to:
- Resolve client issues efficiently and accurately
- Organised, proactive, and capable of:
- Juggling multiple tasks without compromising quality
- Willing to work:
- As part of a team
- Independently when required
- A plus if you have:
- Experience supporting senior consultants or leadership teams
