Purpose of the Role
We’re hiring Transfers Case Handlers to join our Operations team. This financially regulated role involves key process areas:
- Settlements
- Transfers
- Account-to-account transactions
- General customer queries
Key responsibilities include ensuring accurate adherence to departmental policies, regulatory requirements, and building rapport with customers, internal teams, and external stakeholders. The role offers scope for career development within a market-leading company.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Care & Communication
- Deliver outstanding customer service to internal and external clients
- Engage via phone, email, or letter to facilitate straight-through processing
- Ensure timely, accurate response to all customer inquiries and documentation
Administrative & Compliance Focus
- Process all departmental administration tasks with high accuracy
- Adhere to regulatory standards (FCA rules and guidance)
- Maintain the organisation’s first line of defence by following business processes
Problem-Solving & Collaboration
- Escalate unresolved issues, providing detailed information to Specialists for investigation
- Challenge and improve policies, processes, and procedural efficiency
- Support teamwork and foster a positive work environment

Regulatory & Risk Management
- Ensure compliance with the Risk Management Framework
- Make informed risk decisions, debating and challenging recommendations credibly

- Ability to switch between tasks as business needs require
- Confidence in delivering efficient, consistent, and high-quality service
- Strong attention to detail and accountability in regulated environments
