About The Role

Our team helps our Financial Services clients navigate the frequently changing and complex national and international tax environment related to stringent capital requirements, management of operational tax risks, and tax implications of investing in different jurisdictions. You'll help our clients with their tax structuring while helping to address the challenges of the continuously changing tax world, both locally and globally.

Our Asset & Wealth Management (AWM) team is one of the fastest growing areas of PwC's Financial Services tax advisory practice.

We are looking for a Senior Manager with strong UK Corporate Tax experience to join the team.

What Your Days Will Look Like

  • You will be responsible for helping to manage an established team and providing quality advisory services to a high-profile portfolio of both UK and multinational clients
  • This role offers opportunities to work on major transactions, international structuring, and a range of day-to-day UK tax matters and audit of tax work
  • There will also be opportunities to develop deeper knowledge in particular areas of interest such as group reorganisations, BEPs planning and divestments and acquisitions
  • You will be responsible for building close relationships with a wide range of clients. You will benefit from a progressive environment where you will be encouraged to develop client relationships, technical expertise and people management skills
  • As a Senior Manager you will have the opportunity to work with experienced Partners and Directors across the FS team. The team will provide you with the opportunity to put into practice your tax technical skills in a stimulating and challenging environment

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
