Financial Services Leadership Role at Treatwell

Financial Services is going through a major shift across Europe, and we're looking for someone to lead that change at Treatwell by building out our payments strategy across the continent. Are you someone who thrives on turning complex strategy into commercial impact, building strong partnerships, and driving growth across multiple markets? Then you might be exactly who we're looking for.

At Treatwell we don't just sell software: we help Europe's best salons and spas digitalise their business, grow their revenue and improve the experience they offer their clients.

You'll be the strategic owner of Financial Services for Treatwell across Europe. With a commercial, structured and highly collaborative approach, you'll own our relationship with Stripe and turn our payments strategy into real, measurable growth.

You Will Be Responsible For

  • Payments strategy & commercial ownership: Own and lead Treatwell's European payments strategy across card machines, online payments, transaction fees, Tap to Pay, capital and future financial products, defining the commercial roadmap, pricing and growth priorities.
  • Strategic partner management: Own Treatwell's strategic relationship with Stripe at a European level, acting as the senior commercial point of contact and leading joint planning, reviews and escalations.
  • Cross-functional leadership: Partner with Product, Supply, Finance, Operations, Legal and local market teams to embed payments into acquisition, onboarding, account management and retention.
  • Strategy into execution: Translate strategy into clear execution plans with owners, timelines and KPIs, proactively removing blockers and driving accountability across teams that don't report directly into the role.
  • Growth & optimisation: Drive adoption, transaction volume, wallet share, revenue and margin growth across Europe, owning the European rollout strategy for card machines and payment hardware.
  • Playbooks & enablement: Build scalable playbooks, pricing guidance and sales narratives that help local market teams drive payments adoption on the ground.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
