About The Role
Our team helps our Financial Services clients navigate the frequently changing and complex national and international tax environment related to stringent capital requirements, management of operational tax risks, and tax implications of investing in different jurisdictions. You'll help our clients with their tax structuring while helping to address the challenges of the continuously changing tax world, both locally and globally.
Our Asset & Wealth Management (AWM) team is one of the fastest growing areas of PwC's Financial Services tax advisory practice.
We are looking for an experienced Manager with strong UK Corporate Tax background to join the team
What Your Days Will Look Like
- Leading and managing a team of Associates and Senior Associates responsible for the corporation tax affairs on a portfolio of high-profile UK and international clients, maintaining strong working relationships and owning the day-to-day deliverables
- Working with experienced Partners, Directors and Senior Managers across the FS team with the opportunity to apply your tax technical skills in a stimulating and challenging environment
- Developing deeper knowledge in particular areas of interest such as group reorganisations, BEPs planning and divestments and acquisitions

This role is for you if:
- You are a confident and ambitious asset wealth management specialist with a strong track record and a desire to work in a high-paced and rewarding environment
- You can demonstrate a good depth of UK tax experience
- You must possess an ACA, ACCA and/or CTA qualification (or an international equivalent) or have equivalent work experience. This includes international candidates who qualify through experience in their home country.
- Tax audit experience is desirable
