Financial Services Team Leader
We are seeking an experienced Team Leader / Manager to join a growing and dynamic financial services organisation.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated leader with a passion for developing high-performing teams, and driving operational excellence.
You will lead a team responsible for supporting clients, ensuring service standards, quality controls, and performance targets are consistently achieved.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate and develop an operations team to achieve service and performance objectives
- Monitor and manage service levels, quality standards and key performance indicators
- Deliver regular coaching, feedback and performance reviews to support individual development
- Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to operational change initiatives
- Produce and analyse management information to support decision-making and performance monitoring

Key Requirements
- Previous team leadership experience within a financial services environment
- Strong people management and coaching skills
- Experience managing service levels, quality standards, and performance metrics
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
