Senior Financial Advisor Role

As a Financial Advisor, you’ll advise clients on tailored strategies for wealth accumulation, risk mitigation, and multi-generational planning—whether through investment products, banking solutions, or mortgage services. Success in this role hinges on meeting client needs شاء Adherence to compliance standards, including SAFE Act obligations for mortgage origination.

Key Responsibilities
Client-First Problem-Solving:
- Partner with clients to define and execute short- or long-term financial goals by designing investment portfolios (stocks, bonds, mutual funds, annuities, managed accounts).
- Recommend division-appropriate products (brokerage, I-Bank, mortgage) and educate clients on how they align with individual objectives.
- Build durable client relationships based on transparency, trust, and performance.
Operational Efficiency & Risk Management:
- Triage client inquiries, make internal referrals (based on needs/asset tiers), and balance portfolio management with new business acquisition.
- Monitor industry developments to enhance portfolio offerings and regulatory compliance.
- Conduct SAFE-compliant mortgage processing (where applicable) and ensure transactional integrity.

Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
- Licensing-minded aptitude: Commitment to completing mandatory licenses & background checks (e.g., NMLS registration for mortgage duties).
- Self-management skills to juggle high-quanta tasks (clients, reporting, relationship-building).
- Verbal & written communication expertise to collaborate well with colleagues and clients.
- Adept at relationship-building and needs-analysis for financial solutions.
Customer First
- Results-driven approach to fast-paced environments.
- High client-focused empathy paired with analytical rigor.
Desired Qualifications
- FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) license or similar industry credentials.
- Plateau-informed: Bachelor’s degree or 1+ year of experience in financial planning, wealth management, or mortgage advisory.
- Portfolio administration profiling and tech adaptability skills (ERP tools, CRM) a plus.

Education & Compliance Requirements
Educational Minimum: High School diploma / GED (equivalent credentialing sufficient). Critical Compliance Note: SAFE Act Mortgage dispensing (where roles cover origination) requires: registr Declaration NMLS state/federal compliance and passage of illegal features background checks. Ongoing work is mandatory permission: improper compliance may result in consequences, including termination.
Work Commitments
Timeframe: Full-time (40 hrs/wk), 1st shift, in-person required. Mortgage Processing Rigor: New originating roles may involve dependent satellite check-ups outside work hours, subject to local office policy.
Compensation & Benefits Overview
- Base Salary: $28.85 to $33.65/hour (salaried, subject to base on experience/education lev À à strengths).
