Sell beautiful Fine Jewellery at sea, earn up to 3% commission on Fine Jewellery sales, and help guests find pieces that feel personal, memorable and worth taking home.

We’re looking for Fine Jewellery Sales Specialists to join our onboard retail teams, working on cruise ships around the world.

This is a unique opportunity for someone with retail sales experience in Fine Jewellery, gemstones or luxury accessories who enjoys creating warm, engaging customer experiences. You’ll help guests explore pieces, understand product features and feel confident in their purchase, whether they are choosing a gift, marking a special occasion or treating themselves during their cruise.

You’ll live and work at sea as part of a close-knit retail team, meeting guests from across the world and bringing the boutique to life every day.

What You’ll Do

As a Fine Jewellery Sales Specialist, you’ll welcome guests into the boutique, start natural conversations and help them discover pieces that suit their style, budget or occasion.

You’ll confidently explain product details, gemstone features, materials and brand stories in a way that feels clear and engaging. You’ll invite guests to try pieces on, help them compare options and make recommendations that feel relevant to what they are looking for.

You’ll also support onboard promotions, events, seminars and presentations, helping to create interest in the Fine Jewellery range and maximise sales opportunities. Alongside this, you’ll help maintain strong visual standards, support stock and compliance processes, and contribute to a positive team environment.

This is a sales role where guest experience matters. You’ll need to be comfortable approaching guests, listening carefully, building trust quickly and closing sales naturally without pressure.

What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for someone with a strong retail sales background and experience selling Fine Jewellery, gemstones or luxury jewellery products.

You’ll Bring

  • Experience selling Fine Jewellery, gemstones, luxury jewellery or premium accessories
  • Confidence discussing different gemstones, materials, product features and brand stories
  • Strong face-to-face customer service and sales skills
  • Motivation and ambition to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Confidence supporting product presentations, seminars or in-store events
  • A positive, team-focused attitude and willingness to support colleagues
  • Resilience and adaptability in a busy, changeable environment
  • Fluency in English; additional languages would be an advantage
  • A good level of physical fitness, as the role involves being active throughout the day
