At Doncasters we have an exciting opportunity for a Production Operative to join our team in Chard, Somerset. This role is on a rotating shift pattern 0600-1400/1400-2200. Why join us? The Role You will be responsible for safely operating all necessary equipment to meet targets while maintaining high quality standards. Effective communication with relevant departments is essential to resolve any issues promptly. This role requires adherence to EHS policies, maintaining a clean work area, and supporting quality and continuous improvement initiatives. Interested?
