ABOUT YOUR NEW ROLE

We are looking for a commercially driven and entrepreneurial Regional Sales Manager LATAM to accelerate Finlandia’s growth across key international markets. This role goes beyond traditional distributor management acting as a strategic business partner responsible for building, shaping, and optimizing third-party distribution ecosystems to deliver sustainable, profitable growth. The position will play a critical role in expanding Finlandia’s footprint by strengthening distributor performance, unlocking new market opportunities, and ensuring superior execution across the value chain.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Drive sales growth across the defined territory by maximizing revenue and revenue per case through third-party distributors.
  • Develop a strong understanding of market dynamics, industry trends, and competitive landscapes to generate insights and support sustainable business growth.
  • Build and manage distributor partnerships, fostering strong relationships with key partner executives and sales leaders.
  • Monitor and manage distributor performance using key business indicators, including:
    • Volume (sell-in & sell-out)
    • Revenue (sell-in & sell-out)
    • Revenue per case (sell-in & sell-out)
    • Gross Profit and GP%
    • Analyze trends to identify issues and opportunities and take appropriate action.
  • Evaluate distributor partnerships through a consistent framework (standards, benchmarking, KPIs) to ensure optimal partner selection and performance.
  • Collaborate internally and with external stakeholders to identify and onboard new distributors.
  • Develop customer-centric distributor plans, in collaboration with Marketing, ensuring the right portfolio and activation for targeted end customers.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop action plans to capture them.
  • Design and implement insight-based, pay-for-performance commercial policies that support competitive pricing, customer engagement, and profitability. Ensure alignment, execution, and compliance with distributors.
  • Engage regularly with distributors and key end customers to enhance satisfaction and identify additional sales opportunities.
  • Work closely with credit, operations, and technology teams to share partner feedback and improve product offering and customer experience.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
