In this role, you will address inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide valuable information about our gaming services. If you are enthusiastic, communicative, and dedicated to delivering outstanding customer support, we would be thrilled to welcome you to our team. Responsibilities

Deliver superior customer support via chat, email, and phone to Finnish-speaking clients Quickly and effectively resolve customer questions and concerns Guide customers through our gaming products and services to enhance their experience Collaborate with team members to maintain high service quality standards Record customer interactions accurately in our CRM system Collect and relay customer feedback to contribute to service enhancements Engage in ongoing training opportunities to improve product knowledge and service skills

Requirements

Fluency in Finnish and a strong command of English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus Experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction Able to multitask and excel in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools is advantageous Willingness to relocate to Malta and embrace a new cultural experience A genuine interest in gaming and familiarity with the iGaming industry is a significant asset
