Service Engineer – Fire Alarm Systems
Region: Guildford (No London travel)
On-Target Earnings: Up to £58,000 (inclusive of overtime, call-outs, travel pay and bonuses)
Sign-On Bonus: £4,000

Trinity Fire & Security is seeking an experienced Service Engineer to deliver high-quality servicing, maintenance, and technical support across a diverse portfolio of commercial clients.

You will service and maintain a wide range of fire and security systems, ensuring compliance, reliability, and exceptional customer service. Supported by dedicated Service Coordinators and Technical Specialists, you'll focus on delivering outstanding engineering standards.

Systems You'll Work With
- Fire Systems: Gent, Notifier, Advanced, Protec, and other open-protocol systems.
- CCTV: Hikvision, Dahua, Avigilon.
- Intruder Alarms: Galaxy, Texecom.
- Access Control: Paxton, Honeywell, Gallagher.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive service visits on fire and security systems.
- Diagnose faults and deliver effective, compliant solutions.
- Complete minor remedial works and small-scale installations.
- Provide professional technical advice and updates to customers.
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
- Ensure all work aligns with British Standards and company procedures.
Requirements
- Proven experience servicing fire alarm and/or electronic security systems.
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
- Good knowledge of British Standards.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong technical understanding, particularly electrical safety (ECA or equivalent desirable).
- Full UK driving licence.
