Financial Package
- On-Target Earnings: Up to £58,000 (inclusive of overtime, call-outs, travel pay and bonuses)
- Sign-On Bonus: £4,000
About the Role
Trinity Fire & Security is seeking an experienced Service Engineer to deliver high-quality servicing, maintenance, and technical support across a diverse portfolio of commercial clients. In this role, you will:
- Service and maintain fire and security systems
- Ensure compliance, reliability, and exceptional customer service
- Work alongside dedicated Service Coordinators and Technical Specialists
- Focus on delivering outstanding engineering standards

Key Responsibilities
✔ Carry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive service visits on fire and security systems ✔ Diagnose faults and deliver effective, compliant solutions ✔ Complete minor remedial works and small-scale installations ✔ Provide professional technical advice and updates to customers ✔ Maintain accurate service records and documentation ✔ Ensure all work is completed in line with relevant standards and company procedures
About You
- Proven experience in servicing fire alarm and/or electronic security systems
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- Good knowledge of relevant British Standards
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong technical understanding with a focus on electrical safety (ECA or equivalent desirable)
- Full UK driving licence
