Service Engineer – Fire Alarm Systems
Region: Swindon
On-Target Earnings: Up to £58,000 (inclusive of overtime, call-outs, travel pay and bonuses)
Sign-On Bonus: £4,000

Trinity Fire & Security is seeking an experienced Service Engineer to deliver high-quality servicing, maintenance and technical support across a diverse portfolio of commercial clients.
You will service and maintain a wide range of fire and security systems, ensuring compliance, reliability and exceptional customer service. You'll be supported by dedicated Service Coordinators and Technical Specialists, allowing you to focus on delivering outstanding engineering standards.

Fire Systems: Gent, Notifier, Advanced, Protec and other open-protocol systems.
CCTV: Hikvision, Dahua, Avigilon.
Intruder Alarms: Galaxy, Texecom.
Access Control: Paxton, Honeywell, Gallagher.

Key Responsibilities
Carry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive service visits on fire and security systems. Diagnose faults and deliver effective, compliant solutions. Complete minor remedial works and small-scale installations. Provide professional technical advice and updates to customers. Maintain accurate service records and documentation. Ensure all work is completed in line with relevant standards and company procedures.
About You
Proven experience servicing fire alarm and/or electronic security systems. Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills. Good knowledge of relevant British Standards. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong technical understanding with a focus on electrical safety (ECA or equivalent desirable). Full UK driving licence.
