Fire Alarm Service & Maintenance Engineer

Fire Alarm Service & Maintenance Engineer

Location: Peterborough & Northampton Area

Salary: £38,000 - £42,000 DOE

Benefits

We are recruiting on behalf of a highly successful and well-established Fire & Security company with an outstanding reputation built upon decades of industry expertise. Due to continuous growth and increasing demand, they are seeking an experienced Fire Alarm Engineer to join their team.

The Role

As a Fire Alarm Engineer, your primary responsibility will be to service and maintain fire alarm systems across commercial properties in the Peterborough and Northampton area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Service, maintain, and perform fault-finding on various fire alarm systems
  • Collaborate with industry-leading manufacturers including Advanced, Morley, Kentec, and Apollo
  • Ensure all work complies with high standards and relevant regulations
  • Deliver excellent customer service and technical support to clients
  • Accurately complete service documentation and reports

Requirements

  • Proven experience in servicing and maintaining fire alarm systems
  • Strong working knowledge of systems from Advanced, Morley, Kentec, and Apollo
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Full UK Driving Licence
