Location: Cardiff & Surrounding Areas
Salary: £40,000 Basic (Negotiable DOE) + Overtime + Company Vehicle + Benefits

What You'll Be Doing
As one of our engineers, you'll be responsible for:
- Servicing, maintaining and fault-finding on fire and security systems.
- Working on fire alarm, CCTV, intruder alarm and access control systems.
- Diagnosing faults efficiently and providing first-class customer service.
- Completing installations where required.
- Producing accurate electronic service reports.
- Building strong relationships with our customers.
- Ensuring all work complies with current British Standards and company procedures.

What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who:
- Has experience within the fire and security industry.
- Has excellent fault-finding skills.
- Takes pride in delivering quality workmanship.
- Has a positive, can-do attitude.
- Works well independently and as part of a team.
- Holds a full UK driving licence.
- Has excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Experience with leading manufacturers is advantageous but not essential.
