Salary: £32,490.00 - £39,710.00 Per year
We're currently looking for an experienced and qualified Fire & Security Engineer to join our Property Compliance Team covering the Devon area. As you'll spend a fair amount of time on the road, we will provide you with a business use van and fuel card so you'll not be out of pocket.
What you'll do:
- Test/Service/Install Fire Systems/Emergency Lighting/AOV/CCTV
- Identify faults and repair
- Install Door Entry/Door Access/Door Operators
What you'll need:
- A minimum of 2 years Industry Experience
- F.I.A or equivalent Certifications
- Ideally be Electrically Qualified although not essential
- Proven Industry work experience for fire/door entry & access will be desirable
- Training can be provided for the right candidate
- You should have experience of working in occupied premises and be able to demonstrate excellent customer service skills.
- You'll enjoy working alone or as part of a team and be confident in using IT technology such as iPads.
This is a full-time role, working 40 Hours per week, with the opportunity to supplement your salary through your participation in the out of hours rota, minimum 1 in 10 weeks. Due to the requirement to travel within this role, you must hold a full and current driving licence with a minimum of 2 years driving experience and have the ability to drive a company van. The candidate should ideally be living within a 20 mile radius of Exeter which would be a preference.
