Location: South Hampshire, Southampton
Direct employed with Logic or via agency - £42,000 - £45,000 per annum (Van, fuel card & company benefits)
Monday to Friday
8am to 5pm, 8h paid, break unpaid
Type: Full-time term to perm
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Fire Door Installer / Passive Fire Protection Operative to join our growing team in the Hampshire area. The successful candidate will have proven experience in fire door installation, remedial works, and fire stopping, with a strong understanding of compliance and safety standards.

This role requires a reliable, skilled professional who can work independently and deliver high-quality workmanship across various projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Installation of fire doors in line with current regulations and manufacturer guidelines
- Carrying out fire door remedial works and upgrades
- Installing door closers and associated ironmongery
- Completing fire stopping works as required
- Accurately completing job sheets and documentation
- Working safely and professionally on-site
Essential Requirements
- Proven experience in fire door installation and remedial works
- Experience with fire stopping works
- Knowledge of door closers and fire-rated ironmongery
- Valid CSCS card
- Must have own van and tools
- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards

Desirable Experience
- Experience working under BM TRADA standards
- Experience in both 1st and 2nd fix carpentry
- Experience working across multiple sites
