What You Will Do
- Deliver excellent customer service, building strong relationships with internal and external customers
- Service fire devices safely and responsibly
- Manage your territory and time effectively, prioritising jobs to ensure efficient completion
- Work collaboratively with your team.
- Work to tight deadlines
- Service, maintain, and install fire alarm systems
- Complete accurate engineer service reports
- Identify and report system deficiencies or deviations
- Maintain a strong Health & Safety focus, identifying risks and reporting concerns promptly
- Aim to achieve a first-time fix wherever possible

The Ideal Candidate Will Have
- Proven experience working with fire alarm systems
- FIA training (or equivalent desirable)
- Good IT skills
- A solid understanding of workplace Health & Safety regulations
