- Building cash forecasts
- Pricing Ce’s (instructions/communications)
- Writing contractual communications
- Producing CVRs (Contract Values Reports)
- Subcontractor account management
- Updating trackers and KPIs
- Creating material orders
- Managing GNRs (Goods Received Notes) & material orders
Engineering
- Reviewing designs/models
- Producing MCRs (Method Statement Optimization Documentation)
- Producing RFIs (Request For Information‘s)
- Answering RFIs
- Creating field change notices
- Updating trackers and KPIs
Planning
- Producing short-term programmes
- Writing project reports
- Conducting EV (Earned Value) analysis
- Reviewing productivity
- Risk management
Operations
- Field engineering
- Supporting construction management
- Producing management plans
- Managing labour allocation
- Updating key trackers such as:
- PURWR (Percentage Complete, Resources, Weeks Remaining)
- LOWWR (Late Ordered Work Remaining)
- Supporting plant operations & site inspections
Assurance
- Producing QA (Quality Assurance) paperwork
- Developing assurance certificates
- Creating O&M (Operations & Maintenance) manuals
- Asite development (ties to Anti-site operations)
- Raising RFIs, TQs (Technical Queries), and compiling registers
- NCR (Non-Conformance Report) investigation support & closeout
- Defect & snag management

Requirements
Candidates for this role should hold one of the following degrees: 🔹 Construction Management 🔹 Engineering (Any Discipline) 🔹 Quantity Surveying
Alternatively, applicants with a BSc in another field demonstrating a keen interest in Construction or Engineering will also be considered.
Outplacement Note
This role will support exciting rail projects in London.
