Fire Protection Engineer
West London | £600-£650 per day | Inside IR35 | 12-Month Contract
We're recruiting for an experienced Fire Protection Engineer to join a leading main contractor delivering works on one of the UK's largest infrastructure projects in West London.
Working across multiple project assets, you'll be responsible for managing the delivery of passive and structural fire protection works, ensuring they're completed safely, on programme and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the delivery of passive and structural fire protection packages.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and stakeholders throughout delivery.
- Oversee design, installation, testing, commissioning and handover.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety, quality and project requirements.
- Monitor programme, identify risks and support commercial activities.
- Work closely with engineering, QA, commercial and delivery teams.

Requirements
- Proven experience delivering passive and structural fire protection systems on major construction or infrastructure projects.
- Degree (or equivalent) in Fire, Civil or Electrical Engineering.
- Strong knowledge of NEC contracts.
- Previous experience coordinating subcontractors and managing delivery programmes.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, Revit and Navisworks.
- CSCS Card and SMSTS or SSSTS.

Contract Details
- 12-month contract
- £600-£650 per day
- Inside IR35
- Monday-Friday, 7:30am-5:30pm
- Full-time site-based in West London.
