Job Title: Fire Pump Engineer Location: London - covering South East Salary: Up to £48,000 Basic Salary Door-To-Door Travel OT at 1.5x Rate Companywide bonus (5% Estimate) Guaranteed Annual Pay Rise Company Vehicle + High-Quality equipment 23 Days Holiday + BH. Life Assurance, Sick Pay, Maternity/Paternity Pay, Compassionate Leave Company Overview: I am working on behalf of a client, who are a renowned leader in pumps, valves and service they provide to long standing clients. As a key member of the team, you'll play a vital role as the outward face to their valued customers. Position Overview: As a Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the service and maintenance of a wide variety of equipment. Your role will involve planned maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, installing, and providing on-site training to our customers. We are looking for a professional, competent, and socially adept individual who can work both independently and collaboratively with in our team. Key Responsibilities: Conduct planned maintenance of a wide variety of equipment, including fire pumps, water systems, booster sets and related equipment. Execute reactive maintenance in a timely manner Provide on-site training to customers across a number of industries. Perform troubleshooting, service & repair activities on site, both alone and as part of a team. Act as the primary point of contact for customers, representing the company with professionalism and a positive attitude. Qualifications: Apprentice trained or time served 3+ years within the Fire Pump industry. UK Driving License. Mechanical Engineering qualifications. Excellent communication, analytical, and reporting skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Salary: 37000 - 48000 GBP Per annum
