The Role
The role of the Fire Risk Assessor Fire Protection will involve:
- Focus on the assessment for residential and domestic projects supplying a range of Fire stopping systems across north & mid Wales
- Conduct detailed fire risk assessments in line with Fire Safety Regulations
- Assess a range of properties, including high-risk and complex buildings
- Provide clients with clear advice on fire safety strategies and evacuation procedures
- Develop and review fire safety management plans
- Ensure all work aligns with current legislation, codes of practice, and BAFE standards
- Keep up to date with changes in fire safety regulations and industry requirements

Requirements
The ideal applicant will be a Fire Risk Assessor Fire Protection with:
- Proven experience as a Fire Risk Assessor or closely related
- Possess relevant fire safety qualifications (e.g. NEBOSH Fire Certificate, Level 3 or equivalent)
- Excellent knowledge of fire safety legislation and regulations
- Good written communication skills
- Ambitious with strong organisational skills
- IT literate (Microsoft Office)
