Fire Risk & Safety Consultant
Role: Fire Risk & Safety Consultant
Location: Central London, Office-Based (5 Days Per Week) Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 + Benefits Type: Permanent The Opportunity: An established environmental engineering and consultancy organisation is looking to appoint a Senior Fire Safety Consultant to support major corporate and banking sector clients across the EMEA region. This is a high-profile, client-facing role based full-time in Central London, supporting complex corporate real estate portfolios and critical commercial environments. The position would suit an experienced fire safety professional who is comfortable operating within fast-paced corporate settings, engaging with senior stakeholders, and delivering pragmatic fire safety advice across multiple sites and jurisdictions. Key Responsibilities: • Deliver fire safety consultancy services across EMEA corporate environments • Conduct and review complex Fire Risk Assessments within commercial office portfolios • Provide technical fire safety guidance to corporate and banking clients • Support fire safety compliance strategies across multiple international locations • Engage with internal stakeholders, facilities teams, project teams, and external consultants • Review fire safety arrangements, evacuation procedures, and compliance documentation • Support audits, inspections, and fire safety improvement programmes • Assist with interpreting fire safety legislation and standards across EMEA regions • Produce high-quality technical reports and recommendations • Support wider health, safety, and risk management initiatives where required Requirements: • Proven experience within Fire Safety / Fire Risk Assessment roles • Strong commercial or corporate environment experience is essential • Experience working within banking, financial services, or large corporate office environments would be highly advantageous • Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills • Strong technical understanding of UK fire safety legislation and best practice • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously • Comfortable operating within high-expectation corporate environments • Strong report writing and communication skills Desirable Qualifications: • NEBOSH Fire Safety qualification or equivalent • Fire Risk Assessment qualification (Level 3 or above preferred) • Membership with IFSM, IFE, or similar professional body advantageous • Chartered status or progress towards chartership beneficial Additional Information: • Based in Central London • 5 days per week onsite required • Salary between £60,000 - £70,000 depending on experience • Opportunity to support prestigious EMEA corporate accounts • Excellent long-term development opportunities within a growing consultancy environment Application Process: Please submit your resume detailing your experience and qualifications.
